At All Day, High Decibels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-energy fashion; if your purchase doesn't hit the right note, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they stay protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
